The Internet Career Connection [ICC] is a service of Gonyea & Associates, a Florida company owned and managed by Jim and Pam Gonyea. For the last 30 years, Jim has been nationally recognized as an expert in the field of career guidance. Jim is often referred to as "the father of online career guidance" for his pioneering work in 1989 when he developed America's first online career guidance service on America Online (AOL). In operation until March of 2001, Gonyea's AOL career service provided information and assistance to millions of AOL members.

While less known to the general public Pam Gonyea nonetheless has played an equal role in the development of all the Gonyea online career sites. Drawing upon her 10 years in Bank Marketing, Pam is responsible for marketing and promotion, processing data, authoring selective content, assistance with the programming, and manages the overall finances of the corporation.

In 1994, Gonyea & Associates opened the ICC on the Web as a means of providing career information and guidance to individuals nationwide who were not members of AOL. Together, the GOCC on AOL and the ICC on the Web have provided career information and guidance to millions of people worldwide!
